Light, floral and effortlessly pretty, the Blush Boysenberry & Tonic Spritz is the perfect easy-drinking serve for Mother’s Day. Fresh berries, a hint of citrus and a crisp tonic lift the vibrant boysenberry gin, creating a beautifully balanced cocktail made for slow afternoons and special moments.

INGREDIENTS:

• 45ml Blush boysenberry gin
• 120ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
• Fresh lemon wheel
• Handful of fresh berries (boysenberries, raspberries, or blueberries - what ever tickles your fancy on this one!)
• Some edible flowers to pretty up your glass
• Ice
  

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Fill a large wine glass or balloon glass with ice.

Pour in the Blush boysenberry gin.

Add your berries and gently press once or twice to release flavour (don’t crush).

Top with your tonic water.

Lightly stir to combine those flavours and get that beautiful pink hue through your glass.

Garnish with edible flowers and serve.
