Paired with crisp lemonade and a splash of fresh lemon juice, the result is a drink that’s refreshingly citrusy with just the right amount of sweetness. INGREDIENTS:

• 40ml Weekender Peach Gin
• 120ml lemonade
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 2–3 fresh mint leaves (optional)
• Peach slices (optional)
• Ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Fill a tall glass with ice - we like to use a wine glass for something a bit extra special.

Add your Weekender Peach Gin and lemon juice.

Top with lemonade.

Lightly clap mint and add to the glass along with your peach slices - this is optional but looks great when entertaining.

Stir gently and serve!
