From creating new products and packing orders to running events, managing accounts, marketing, and sales, we're hands-on in every part of the business. Chris Thomas
Chris is one of the founders of Blush and the creative force behind many of the flavours that have made the brand what it is today. With a background in engineering and years spent working in pubs throughout London, he combines technical precision with a passion for experimentation. Whether he's developing a new recipe, refining an old favourite, or dreaming up the next big idea, Chris is always searching for the perfect balance of flavour, fun, and innovation.
Christine Segar
Christine is the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes, keeping the numbers in check and the business running smoothly. As co-founder, she's been part of the journey from the very beginning and is often the friendly face you'll meet at shows and events around the country. Known for her infectious energy and ability to make everyone feel welcome, Christine brings both heart and hustle to the Blush team.
Erin Turley
Erin keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, managing everything from marketing campaigns and social media to admin, events, and customer communications. When she's not creating content or planning the next promotion, you'll likely find her at local Auckland events sharing a tasting and chatting all things spirits. If you've received an email, entered a competition, or seen one of our social posts, chances are Erin had something to do with it.
Mark Forsyth
Mark is our man on the ground throughout the South Island and Wellington, helping bring Blush Merchants products to retailers, events, and customers far and wide. A familiar face at trade shows and expos, Mark is passionate about building relationships and sharing the stories behind our brands. His enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and genuine love for people make him an invaluable part of the team.

Sarsha takes her role very seriously supervising the team, monitoring snack consumption, and ensuring everyone takes regular breaks. As the unofficial office manager and resident four-legged companion, she's convinced the business couldn't function without her.
