Welcome to Blush Merchants – the home of Blush Gin, Weekender Gin, and Russell Rum. Below are answers to some of your burning (or should we say, thirst-quenching) questions.

What is Blush Merchants?

Blush Merchants is the new home for Blush Gin, Weekender, and Russell Rum. We’ve brought everything under one roof to make shopping easier, sipping better, and life just a little more delicious.

Where do you ship to?

We ship New Zealand-wide and across the ditch to Australia! Whether you’re in the heart of Auckland or tucked away in the deep South, we’ll get your favourite tipple to your door. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any further international shipping (yet!).

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your order dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery times varying depending on your location. North Island orders usually arrive within 2-4 days, while South Island orders can take 3-5 days. Rural and Australia deliveries might take a little longer (we promise it’s worth the wait!).

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey.

What’s your refund and return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@blushmerchants.co.nz within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it out and make things right – because no one should cry over spilled gin (or rum, or cocktails).

What is the base of Blush Gin? 

Our neutral spirit is sugar based. 

How should I store my Blush Gin?

Keep your gin in a cool, dark place – preferably away from direct sunlight and definitely away from anyone who might drink it before you do.

Do you have smaller bottles for gifting or trying?

Yes! Our 250ml Blush bottles make the perfect gift, travel companion!

What is Weekender Gin?

Sometimes you just want something with a little more personality - a gin that’s bold, vibrant, and effortlessly fun. That’s exactly why we created Weekender, a range designed for easygoing afternoons, lively catch-ups, and those "just one more" kind of nights.

Where Blush Gin leans elegant and refined, Weekender is here to turn up the energy - whether you’re sipping poolside, dancing in the kitchen, or turning a casual drink into an unforgettable night.

What makes Russell Rum special?

Russell Rum is small-batch, handcrafted, and smooth as a summer’s night in the Bay of Islands. Perfect for sipping neat, mixing into a cocktail, or pretending you’re a pirate (responsibly, of course).

How should I drink Russell Rum?

Sip it neat, mix it into a classic rum cocktail, or throw in some ginger beer & lime for an easy Dark & Stormy.

What is the base of Russell Rum? 

Our Blackstrap is Molasses based and Lightly Spiced Rum is sugar based. 

Is Russell Rum made in New Zealand?

Yes! We craft our rum in small batches right here in NZ, with a whole lot of love and a splash of adventure.
