🪄A Potion Worth Stirring🪄

This Halloween, we’re serving up something straight from the cauldron - The Sparkling Spell. A glimmering twist on a classic Tom Collins, this green glittery potion fizzes with Blush Citrus Gin, lemon, simple sugar syrup and soda water, finished with a hypnotic shimmer that’s sure to cast a spell on your guests.

It’s fun, festive, and just the right amount of spooky, the perfect showstopper for your Halloween night.

INGREDIENTS:

• 30ml Blush Citrus Gin
• 30ml Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 15ml Simple sugar syrup
• ¼ tsp Edible glitter lust (we used green for that potion look)
• Soda water
• Ice
• Lychee & blueberry, for garnish (the perfect spooky “eyeball”)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Fill your glass with ice.

Add Blush Citrus Gin, lemon juice, and soda water and gently stir to combine.

In a small syringe (or pourer), mix the sugar syrup with the edible glitter.

Slowly inject or drizzle the glitter syrup into your drink (or leave it in the glass for your guests to enjoy the magic) and watch the magic swirl! 

Give it one gentle stir and top with your lychee + blueberry “eyeball” garnish.
