Simple Sugar Syrup
Simple Sugar Syrup
When a cocktail needs some sweetening up this recipe is as classic as it gets. Simple Sugar Syrup is the quiet achiever behind beautifully balanced drinks. It adds clean, consistent sweetness without overpowering the other flavours, making it an essential staple for any home bar.
Clear, glossy, and incredibly easy to make, simple syrup blends seamlessly into cocktails (no gritty sugar settling at the bottom of your glass). It’s perfect for balancing citrus-forward drinks, rounding out spirit-forward classics, or adding a touch of smooth sweetness to sparkling water for a non-alcoholic refresher. Once you start making it yourself, you won’t go back to store-bought.

đź’ˇ SERVING TIP
For a sweeter taste and a consistency that won't water down your drink change the ratio of sugar to water to 2:1. This will be thicker and have a longer shelf life.Â
