INGREDIENTS:

• 40ml Blush Citrus Gin
• 40ml Cranberry Juice
• 30ml Orange Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup
• 50–100ml Soda Water
• Frozen Cranberries
• Ice

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Start by preparing your cocktail shaker with ice - chill it down to keep things crisp and refreshing

Add your first five ingredients: Blush Citrus Gin, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup

Shake well until perfectly chilled, then strain into your favourite cocktail glass

Top with soda water - add just a splash to keep it light, or more if you love a little extra fizz

Garnish with frozen cranberries for a festive pop of colour
