Blush & Bloom Jelly: A Sweet Creation for a Strong Cause

This October, weโ€™re pouring pink (and setting it too) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

In collaboration with our friends at Little Pips Soda Syrup, weโ€™ve created Blush & Bloom Jelly - a light, fruity gin jelly featuring Blush Rhubarb Gin and Little Pips Strawberry & Rhubarb Syrup. Itโ€™s our sweet little way of celebrating courage, community, and the power of pink. ๐Ÿ’•

Throughout October, $5 from every Blush Gin bottle sold will go toward a donation from Blush Merchants to the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, helping to fund life-saving research, education, and support for Kiwis affected by breast cancer.

Because when good spirits come together, beautiful things bloom. ๐ŸŒธ

๐Ÿ“ Blush & Bloom Jelly Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100ml boiled water
  • 25g (4 tsp) strawberry jelly crystals
  • 30ml Blush Rhubarb Gin
  • 30ml Little Pips Strawberry & Rhubarb Syrup
  • Icing sugar & fresh strawberries to garnish (optional)ย 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Boil some water and measure out 100ml in a measuring cup

Add the jelly crystals and stir until dissolved

Stir through your gin and syrup then pour into your glass of choice

Pop in the fridge for 4 hours or until set

Before serving, dust with icing sugar and add some fresh strawberries (optional)
